I have been sharing for SO many years the magic and power Ibiza holds, to move not just your feet, but also your heart and your mind. So, after a decade of living on this magical rock – and even longer offering my work to help clients shift and soothe the mind and body – I am thrilled to be able to bring this all together and offer mobile, private hire Ibiza yoga and meditation classes.
I offer a range of yoga styles from Vinyasa, Kundalini Mantra and Meditation all tailored to suit your level, abilities and Ibiza holiday experience. Every practice is closed with a soothing Himalayan sound bowl ceremony, adding something quite special to an already beautiful experience. So whether it’s morning yoga on your villa’s terrace or a sunset session with Es Vedra as your backdrop, scroll down to find the right experience for you.

These sound bowl experiences don’t have to end on the mat. As a Reiki and Seichem therapist I offer combined energy and sound healing medicine sessions that can be enjoyed one-one at your villa or beautiful island location.
You’ll also find information below about my one to one therapy sessions, where I work with the hugely transformational and mind shifting techniques, Emotional Freedom Technique (Tapping) and PSYCH-K.

ES VEDRA YOGA ADVENTURE
The Es Vedra Yoga Experience couples the magic of the most magnetic spot in Ibiza, with the beautiful energy of yoga and meditation.
From the secret vantage point you’ll be led through a gentle yoga and meditation practice before softening on the mat with a sound bowl healing. Afterwards take some time to relax with a morning smoothie or evening sunset fizz as you gaze out at its sparkling beauty.
Sunsets are definitely the most special times but these experiences can be booked with friends at any time to suit your holiday diary.
Unless you have your own transport, Es Vedra is a difficult spot to get to. This is why I have included free pick up and drop off to those located in San Antonio and the San Jose area. All ages and levels welcome.

If you are outside of this area please speak with me to discuss further.The experience runs with a minimum of 4 people, that can all come from different booking inquiries. If you’re enquiry number is for less than this, please contact me as I often have other requests.

IBIZA BEACH YOGA
Enjoy a relaxing or rejuvenating Ibiza beach yoga class one the island’s stunning sands.
These Ibiza beach yoga classes can be experienced as a private one to one or group booking with friends, or you can join others at one of my regular classes. Morning and sunset are the most popular times, so you can enjoy the island at her golden hours. These classes are real memory makers for trips away with friends and for those special hen-do party experiences.
Classes are either 60 or 90 minutes and include a beautiful yoga, meditation and sound healing experience.

IBIZA HIDDEN GEM YOGA
There are many beautiful, hidden gems around the island that are stunning spots to experience a yoga class, of which Time & Space is one of my favourites.
With huge, tall columns rising up towards the sky, Time & Space has a mystical air about it. Set in a circular formation up the cliff’s edge, it really takes your breath away and creates a truly magical space to get on the mat and yoga within.
Transport to and from San Antonio can also be included within this package.
If there is another location you would specifically like to experience yoga at, please feel free to request.

Experience a personalised one to one or group Ibiza yoga and meditation class at your villa, hotel, boat or home. These classes offer the perfect way to relax and rejuvenate in the comfort of your own space and are ideal for groups of friends wanting a little slice of goodness in their week, and also for those with busy days who need their slot of wellness to be delivered to their door.

Tune into those high vibrations for yourself, at the island’s most magical spot. There is truly nothing like standing tall in your Warrior One, or opening your eyes post meditation to the stunning sight of her before you.
Ibiza Rave Cave Yoga
Known as the rave cave for its history of hosting some of the best parties, this is one of our favourite secret locations! Found on the edge of a cliff, down some winding stairs you really need to know where you are going to find it..but it’s well worth the effort!
Ibiza Festival Club Yoga
Perched on a hilltop just outside of San Antonio, the Festival Club’s walls speak a thousand words! See if you can still hear Bob Marley echoing within this beautiful party central, before adding your own signature to the crumbling facade..
ENERGY & SOUND BOWL HEALING CEREMONY
These integrated healing sessions work with the powerful Reiki Seichem life force energy & the deep healing sound vibrations of Himalayan singing bowls.
They are beautiful experiences, deeply relaxing, releasing & healing for the body & mind as they align the energetic body into a new vibration to restore & revitalise.
60 minute one to one session – 60€
Healing sessions can take place at beautiful island locations or your island residence. Depending on where you are located, travel fee’s may apply.
ONE TO ONE THERAPY SESSIONS
Working with powerful techniques we can tap into the programming of the subconscious mind to revolutionise the way you think and feel.
These sessions can be transformational for those feeling stuck & are struggling with:
- Anxiety & stress,
- Self worth issues
- Emotional overwhelm
- Negative thoughts and limiting beliefs
- Difficult past events and memories
These one to one sessions offer an opportunity to experience long lasting emotional freedom and open you to a whole new experience of life. So you leave the island with that extra magic in your mind.
Sessions take place at your holiday residence and can also be continued online, once you return home.

RETREAT COLLABORATIONS
My one to one EFT and PSYCH-K sessions are an incredible addition to participants’ healing journeys whilst they are on retreat with you. These sessions allow them to clear through any energetic and emotional blockages, supporting their transformational experiences.
I also offer a range of personal change workshops and group experiences including; The Magic of EFT Tapping, Belief Change Techniques and Life Visioning which you can find out more about here. These workshops can be designed to support the theme of your retreat and your offerings.
