Es Vedra
Ibiza in itself offers some of the most famous sundown views but it’s really the Es Vedra sunset that takes the crown. Known as the island’s most majestical location, it’s said that Es Vedra is the pinpoint as to where the island’s magic radiates from.
By day or by night it’s an incredible place to view, either from one of the cliffside look out points or by gazing out to her from Cala d’hort beach. As she stands rather proudly and grandly within the glistening mediterranean sea there is an undeniable energy that shines brightly from her. A day in her company and a swim in her seas are said to cure your hangovers and all your woes.

Of course you can visit anytime of the day (check out more about getting to and around Es Vedra here) but that magic time is the Es Vedra sunset hour. As the burning ball that’s bronzed our skin all day makes its way towards the distant horizon, it’s as if the world stands still. Cameras, friends or maybe a meditation cushion are some of the essentials I would recommend to really make the most of her beauty.
Es Vedra Yoga
Now I may be biased but for me experiencing the true power of Es Vedra, is to throw a little meditation and yoga into the mix. There’s a special feeling with the experience of Es Vedra Yoga, as if you step into the power of this magical rock with every pose and breath you take. I’m not trying to sound too lofty with this and make those new to yoga or Es Vedra feel daunted because this experience is suitable for all, beginner or experienced. In fact joining me upon the mat have been a pretty wide spectrum of Ibiza lovers. From surprise 50th birthday gifts to husbands, to Hen Do parties with groups of friends and one to one magical meditations, I’ve had the pleasure of guiding many of them.

Saving the best for last, let’s bring them all together and present, Es Vedra sunset Yoga. Yes you can certainly enjoy a daytime yoga session here, in fact an early morning yoga flow can put an incredible spring in your day ahead. However, for those that have the opportunity then the Es Vedra Sunset Yoga is one hell of a vibe. Trust me, Warrior One takes on a whole new power as you gaze out upon the magical jewel before you.

This includes a 60 minute guided yoga and meditation class, closed with a blissful sound healing experience.
